Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University (AKTU) releases the online application form of UPSEE for admission in various engineering, architecture, management and pharmacy programmes. It is recommended to fill the application form before the last date else, you have to pay an extra fee as late fee while submitting the form. The organization accepts online forms.

Documents Required to be Uploaded
You need to upload the below mentioned documents while filling the UPSEE application form. All the documents should be uploaded in JPEG format.
Clear recent colored photograph having size between 4KB to 100KB.
File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
The signature should have been done on a white background with a black or blue pen. The size of the image should be between 1KB to 30KB.

How to Fill Application Form
The application forms of UPSEE are released online on its official website http://www.upsee.nic.in. aYou have to submit the form through online portal only because any other mode is not available.
Step 1: Apply for Online Registration
To register for UPSEE, you have to fill a few mandatory details to validate Aadhar Card such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Domicile, Date of Birth & Aadhar Card number.
Step 2: Fill Online Application form
After validating the Aadhar Card, fill the application form with other valid information such as contact details and educational details.
Step 3: Upload Scanned Photo & Signature
It is mandatory to upload the scanned image of signature and photograph of specific dimension and size.
Step 4: Pay Application Fee
You have to pay the non-refundable application fee through online mode only. Either pay the application fee by Debit or Credit Card.

Step 5: Download Confirmation Page
After completely filling the application form, Click the "Submit" tab. A confirmation page will appear on your screen download the same for future use. Your application form will not be considered complete if the confirmation page will not appear.
- Read all the instruction carefully before filling the application form.
- Candidates are advised to fill only one application form. Submitting multiple application forms can lead to the rejection the candidature.
- No hard copy of the application form will be accepted by the exam conducting authority.
- Candidates should fill the working mobile number and email id for easy contact.
- Do not forget to download the confirmation page. It may be required in future.
Application Form Correction
After submission of application form conclusion, a form correction facility is made available to the applicants. Here, you can correct a few filled details. You need to login to your account by using valid application number and password to make the corrections. You can make the correction only once and after the conclusion of the date, no changes is allowed to be made. You won’t be able to change the below mentioned information:
- Application number
- Name of the candidate
- Mother’s name
- Father’s name
- Date of birth
